This morning we found out that OpenSSL has a very serious bug (CVE-2014-0160). Most services on the internet use OpenSSL for securing communications between browsers and servers and so do we. From heartbleed.com:
“Without using any privileged information or credentials we were able steal from ourselves the secret keys used for our X.509 certificates, user names and passwords, instant messages, emails and business critical documents and communication.”
We immediately checked all our servers, updated OpenSSL to the very latest version and replaced all keys and certificates.

We've added 2 new features.
First of you can now show campaign overview for a chosen metric. We'll be adding more reports in the following weeks.
We've also added user management. You no longer need to share logins. You can now add other users who can access you're account.

We have unfortunately had some serious outages over the last couple of days.
Everything is back to normal now, no data was lost.
We will improve our external monitoring so that in the future we can act more swiftly.

You can now upload logos for each client account to customize the report for your clients. If set this logo will be shown instead of your own logo.

Instead of setting the currency yourself we now get the currency from your client accounts. So you no longer need to adjust the currency if you support client accounts in more than one currency.

We've recently added customizable columns for the account and keyword tables. You can also specify on which column to sort the results.
For the account graph you can choose clicks or any other metric you like.

Our new weekly reports allow you to create reports for weeks instead of months.
Creating these free preview reports doesn't effect your credit/allowance.
Preview reports also never get mailed to your clients.

In our move towards more customizable reports we now support turning keyword and adgroup reports off. We'll be adding more customization options in the coming weeks.
We are also glad to announce we support reports in German. Thanks to everyone that helped us with the translations.

As of this week we support OAuth for MCC accounts.
To access your MCC account CampaignCoach used to require your MCC account's username and password. Google's new API supports OAuth which allows you to give applications access to your MCC account without giving your password.
You can switch by logging into CampaignCoach and going to your google account settings: https://campaigncoa.ch/mcc_account/edit

CampaignCoach was started back in 2008 by Petrik de Heus and Marek de Heus, two brothers and independent software developers.
As of january 1st 2012, CampaignCoach is no longer a service of mworks.nl but of http://fourstack.nl , an IT consulting company co-founded by Petrik and Marek.
As we are now part of a larger consulting firm, we have more resources to invest in CampaignCoach.
Please note that we have changed the Terms of Service https://campaigncoa.ch/terms to reflect our new company name (no other changes have been made).

You can now hide the Cost and CPC columns.
To remove these columns, go to http://campaigncoa.ch/client_accounts and click 'edit' for the account you want to change. You should see a checkbox for disabling the cost columns. Click save and the next time you (re)create a report the columns will be gone.
Not that this feature is not available in the "Trial" and "Basic" accounts.

Certain characters in email sent to clients where not rendered properly. This has been fixed.
We also noticed that the AdWords API sometimes doesn't play nice. As a result our code freaked out. This we also fixed.

If you have all your reports sent directly to your clients, you can now add your email address as a BCC.
This allows you to see exactly what your clients see.
You can specify the BCC email address by clicking report settings and scrolling to the bottom of the page.

The CampaignCoa.ch website is monitored 24/7 by Pingdom.com so that we can act in case of an outage.
Over the past 6 months we have had hardly any outages. As a result our uptime for this period is above 99.99%.

All CampaignCoach users that pay via PayPal can now easily download their monthly invoice.
We also added support for viewing your payments.
Just login and click Subscription, you will find a little menu on the right containing links to your invoices and payments.

We are working on it and recommend you do not create any reports until we have fixed this.

When creating/changing a subscription you can now choose the exact amount of reports you want to buy.

You can now pay as you go, without the need for a subscription.
Just select "Single order" and you can buy credits for the number of reports you need.

We've added another small feature.
You can now auto schedule your reports at the beginning of the month.
If you check "Auto scheduling" under your reports settings, we'll create your reports for you. So you won't need to log in or remember to create your reports.
New features we're currently working on include reports customization.

Google now allows you to add a client without specifying their email address.
Note that this new client will not show up in CampaignCoach if you reload your clients.
We are working on a solution to address this problem whcihc we will deploy later this month.
In the mean time you should give every new client an email address in Adwords.
Note that if you give your new client an email address in Adwords, it will not be available in CampaignCoach right away. It can take a few hours for this information to become available to CampaignCoach.

Reports can get really big for campaigns with lot's of keywords. We now support showing the top 20 or top 50 keywords instead of showing them all. We've added the same functionality for adgroups.
To change how many keywords/adgroups should be shown go to your settings at https://campaigncoa.ch/report_setting/edit .
This is a small step in our process of making your reports more customizable. More functionality will follow.
